Invitation Day Sign-up
The invitation day sign-up sheet has now posted here in the pro shop. If you would like to sign-up, please come into the pro shop and put down the names of those you are bringing. The day takes place on Saturday, 20 May and is priced at £25 per person including coffee and bacon rolls, a two course dinner and fantastic prizes.
Men's Stableford - Sunday, 9 April
Seemed to be a tough day for scoring in the recent competition as only one player shot more than 36 points. Well done to the winners, your shop accounts have been credited. Results were as follows:
Division One - First place - C. Neal - 35 points (£15), second place - N. Haynes - 35 points, countback (£10) and in third place - C. Prior - 34 points (£5).
Division Two - J. Linskey - 37 points (£20), second place - M. Shah - 36 points (£15), third place - D. Pyatt - 35 points (£10) and in fourth place - S. Ganapathy - 34 points (£5).
Only Denis Pyatt had a two on Sunday, however he did not enter the two's sweep. Therefore the sweep will be rolled over to the next competition, but you must be in the sweep to win the balls. Unlucky Denis, you would of won 13 Titleist Pro V1 golf balls too.
Jack Wins Spring Classic
Jack's season has started off with a win at the PGA Spring Classic on Wednesday, 5 April and Thursday, 6 April. Jack and his partner started off well on day one with a greensomes round of 42 points at Kings Lynn Golf Club and shooting -2 gross with his partner. The second round was played on a surprisingly calm day at Hunstanton Golf Club, where Jack and his partner shot 11-under-par (47 points), with Jack shooting (-8) on his own with a back nine of 28.
Junior Coaching
We have now set up our junior coaching sessions on weekends for children between 5 and 16 years old. If you have children or grandchildren that wish to come along, please contact the professional shop on 02084 490161 or bring them along for 10:00am - 11:00am on Saturdays. Subject to interest we may have more slots opening in the near future.
